Download OS X Yosemite
For the strongest security and latest features, find out whether you can upgrade to macOS Catalina, the latest version of macOS.
If you still need OS X Yosemite, use this link: Download OS X Yosemite. A file named InstallMacOSX.dmg will download to your Mac.
Install the macOS installer

Begin installation
After installation of the installer is complete, open the Applications folder on your Mac, then double-click the file named Install OS X Yosemite.

Check compatibility with the latest watchOS
watchOS 7 is compatible with Apple Watch Series 3 and later and Apple Watch SE. Upgrading to watchOS 7 requires an iPhone 6s or later running iOS 14 or later. Find your Apple Watch model.
Before you begin
- Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
- Make sure that your Apple Watch is at least 50 percent charged.

- Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap General > Profiles & Device Management. Tap the beta profile that you want to remove, then tap Delete profile. Enter your iPhone passcode if requested.
- After you remove the profiles, restart both devices and check for the update again.
